After weeks of chasing gold, Damian Priest & R-Truth finally captured the WWE Tag Team Championships by defeating MFT (Tama Tonga & JC Mateo) in a chaotic and hard-fought match! The Wyatt Sicks interfered at a critical moment, costing MFT the titles. R-Truth hit the Attitude Adjustment on JC Mateo for the pin and the victory! The crowd in Raleigh erupted as Priest and Truth celebrated with the gold — their first Tag Team Championship reign together! Solo Sikoa was furious backstage as Tama Tonga told him he was "starting to sound like Roman Reigns."
🐍 Orton Attacks Matt Cardona — Cody Returns Next Week!
Following last week's shocking heel turn on Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton continued his path of destruction on SmackDown. This time, his target was Matt Cardona — Cody Rhodes' best friend who came out to confront The Viper. Orton viciously attacked Cardona, hitting him with multiple RKOs and leaving him laid out in the ring.

GM Nick Aldis denied Cardona's request for a match against Orton next week, but confirmed that Cody Rhodes will return to SmackDown next week to deal with his former best friend. The WrestleMania 42 main event picture is heating up dramatically!
