CM Punk walked to the ring in Houston — sat down with the mic — and UNLOADED. Roman Reigns was not in the building, but Punk didn't need him there. He tore apart Reigns, The Rock, Vince McMahon and even TKO Group in a scathing pipe bomb promo for the ages.
